Photograph a supplier invoice, check the lines ChefSums reads and save the prices you approve to your pricebook. Every recipe that uses them recosts. 100 scan pages a month, 12 months of price history, and an alert when a rise puts a dish under its GP target.

2. You know every dish's GP

The menu GP dashboard puts every dish on one screen: cost per portion, menu price, GP and how far it is from your target. Add labour for prime cost, and print branded recipe cards and prep sheets.

3. Your allergens are sorted

Tick the 14 UK allergens once per ingredient. Plus adds them up for every dish, saves them with your book and prints the whole-menu allergen matrix with your kitchen name on it.

Chicken goes up 5% on Tuesday's invoice. You scan it and approve the new price. Seven dishes now sit under your 70% GP target. Plus tells you which seven, and the menu price that puts each one back on target.

Questions

Is ChefSums still free?

Yes. Every calculator, the recipe tool and the pricebook are free with no sign-in. Plus is for chefs running a whole menu who want to scan their invoices and keep prices current.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you've added a card, Plus continues at £12 a month (or the plan you chose). If you haven't, you go back to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted.

How many scan pages come with the trial?

20 pages during the 14-day trial. The full 100 pages a month start with your first payment.

Do I lose recipes if I cancel?

No. Everything stays. Free accounts sync 25 recipes to the cloud, and the rest stay on the device you made them on. You can export everything as CSV at any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account page in two clicks. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds?

Ask within 14 days of your first payment (or an annual renewal) for a full refund: chef@getprepsheet.com.

Do you charge VAT?

No VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

What counts as a scan page?

One successfully read page of an invoice or receipt. Failed pages aren't counted. Unused monthly pages don't roll over, and packs you buy never expire.

Can I subscribe in the Android app?

Not at the moment. Subscribe on chefsums.com and the app recognises Plus when you sign in.
