ChefSums helps you estimate recipe and portion costs from the ingredient and pack prices you enter. It excludes VAT and overheads. You are responsible for checking inputs, yields, allergens, selling prices and the suitability of the result for your kitchen.

The calculators are provided as a practical tool, not accounting, tax, food-safety or business advice. Keep your own copies of important recipes and check that an exported or printed sheet is complete before using it in service.

You can use the costing, scaling, print and export features without creating an account. Cloud saving is optional and requires an internet connection. If you have ChefSums Plus on your account, its features work in this app when you sign in. This app doesn't sell subscriptions or take payments.
